Project Summary: This commercial office building is an eight-story steel structure with one cellar. The design challenge was to incorporate site conditions of the adjacent buildings, as well as bracing and protection during construction into the lateral bracing system of the new building. Framing of the existing vault in the sidewalk was also replaced.
